Alot of miss use of talented folk doing shit they shouldn't be doing and alot of old overused talent still doing shit they shouldn't be doing.

New Music: Brother Ali - Satisfied Soul LP

Tap in with new heat from the incomparable Brother Ali, as he makes debut with Mello Music Group.

Satisfied Soul is composed of 17 tracks and entirely produced by Ant of Atmosphere. So I guess there is no love lost with Ali’s departure from Rhymesayers.

The album starts with an introduction from Yaasin Bey. There are no other features.

“Cast Aside” is a chilling track speaking on Ali’s struggles with being born albino. “Two Dudes” speaks on some of his funny exchanges in the industry with the likes of Justin Timberlake and KRS-One.

I am just catching wind that All now lives in Istanbul, Turkey as well. It’s always been a pleasant exchange when crossing paths with Brother Ali, and wishing him well that life is better out there.
